‘… every time you begin a good work, you must pray to God most earnestly to bring it to perfection.’ (Rule of Benedict, Prol. 4)
The prayer and liturgical life of the College is nurtured by a committed staff. Emphasis is placed on creating relevant, challenging and engaging prayer and liturgy opportunities throughout the year. Students are encouraged to explore their individual spirituality in a range of structured and unstructured settings.
Each time the College community gathers, the assembly begins with the Acknowledgement of Land, Prayer, Reading from Scripture and time for reflection. There are two full College celebrations of Eucharist, the Opening Mass and the College Feast Day Mass. Key religious Feast Days are celebrated every year at each Year Level and there are many other opportunities for students to gather as a community in prayer.
